S.O.I.O.P. Annual Auction
April 20-22, 2012 • Rochester, Minnesota

The Annual SOIOP auction will be held in Rochester, Minnesota at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center.

Auction Catalog (coming soon)
The auction catalog is subject to error. Therefore any announcements made the day of the auction take precedence.

Absentee Bids
Absentee bids are allowed by mail. No phone bids are allowed. Absentee bids must be received by April 1, 2012. On a written bid please state clearly the item number and the description as shown in your auction catalog. Mail these bids to Alma Hillman 197 Coles Corner Rd. Winterport, Maine 04496.
Be sure to print BID on the outside of the envelope.

Non Members
Non members are not allowed to sell items, but are allowed to attend the auction. When bidding, non members must pay the larger of either the Society membership fee ($35.00) or a 10% buyers fee of items purchased.

Items
Items will be accepted at the convention for auction from members only. Alma Hillman or Gary Hamlin must receive these items on Friday by noon (April 6, 2012) Please have prepared a list in duplicate, giving the item name, blank, description, pattern # condition and gold rating along with the reserve if applicable.

All items sold at the auction will be sold AS IS with no returns allowed.
YOU are responsible for examining the items before the auction.
