The Annual SOIOP Auction will be held Thursday, April 22 in Spokane Washington at the Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center during our convention Thursday-Saturday, April 22-24, 2010.

Absentee Bids
Absentee bids will be allowed by mail. No phone bids will be accepted. Absentee bids must be received by April 15, 2010. On the written bid, please clearly state the item number and description exactly as shown on your auction schedule. Mail these bids to Gary Hamlin 26373 County 1, Spring Valley, MN 55975. Be sure to put BID on the outside of the envelope.
Not a Member?
Non Members are not allowed to sell items but they are allowed to attend the auction. When bidding, Non Members must pay the larger of either The Society membership fee ($35.00) or a 10% Buyers fee of items purchased.
Items will be accepted at the convention for the auction from members only. They must be received by Gary or Jo Ann on Thursday, April 22, 2010 by 9:00pm. Please have prepared a list (in duplicate) of the item description and if there is a reserve or not.
All items sold at the auction will be sold “AS IS” with no returns. You are responsible for examining them before the auction.
